Born in 1961 in Rio de Janeiro, Gilberto Jordan developed an early passion for urbanism and sustainability, embedding environmental stewardship into urban development throughout his career and championing this area within the André Jordan Group.

After a career outside the André Jordan Group in financial markets - namely at BCP - he joined the family group in 1996, standing out as a Board member at Lusotur (owner and manager of Vilamoura XXI) and, in 2008, as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Invesplano (the Group’s holding company) and Planbelas (developer and manager of Belas Clube de Campo).

Gilberto Jordan serves as Chairman of ISEG Executive Education, sits on the Iberian Property Editorial Council, and on the Advisory Council of Banque Edmond de Rothschild.

Having graduated in Economics from ISEG, he is a Fellow of RICS - Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. He has repeatedly served as Vice-President of APPII, chaired the Urban Land Institute Portugal, and founder the Urban Land Institute Europe’s European Hotel & Resort Council.

With a degree in Economics from the Portuguese Catholic University, and a Master’s in Management from the French institution ESCP Business School, Henrique joined the family businesses in 2017, at Belas Clube de Campo.

Since joining the Group, he has negotiated with an international fund do drive the resort’s new phase, served as Head of Planning and Control and later General Manager - overseeing a major expansion, launching the second phase of the development, and building strong experience in investor relations and real estate finance.

Outside the family group, he helped design and launch Forbes Global Properties, a real estate brokerage focusing on the high-end segment and developer sales and marketing advisory.

Before entering the real estate industry, he began his professional career as a management consultant at Deloitte in the financial sector, having participated in projects in Portugal, Denmark and Angola. Then he moved to London, where he worked in business development and commercial management for a startup. Before entering the family companies, he worked between Lisbon and Paris as a senior consultant in the French investment bank BNP Paribas.
